Supports using JDBC options on the login database dialog

Description

If you want to use some special options for the JDBC on the CQB database login dialog,
no way at this time.
If the advanced option button is implemented on the CQB database login dialog,
and also it can be shown some simplified JDBC option management dialog,
so users can define specific options on JDBC.

In CQB:
1. Open the database login dialog by using "Edit Connection.." menu of the context menu on the left tree
2. Click Manage button
3. You are able to add some jdbc advanced options to click Add button
4. Click Ok button
5. You can see jdbc options on JDBC Options field
6. Connect and Disconnect a database
7. Open the Edit Connection dialog
8. You can see jdbc options on JDBC Options field as you inputted before
9. You also exit and start CQB, please check step between 7 and 8

In CM:
It is same on CQB testcase.
But, you can access a dialog by using "Manage Database.. > Edit Database Login" context menu on database node after connected a host. Please check the image IMG3.JPG.
