1.When a databas is off, query editor should not be executed. Instead,it should display "Please start your database to connect to"

2.When I start a query editor without selecting a DB, a basic setting menu is shown. However when my mouse in over the "db" name on the left tree and start a query editor, this pop-up seeting menu is not shown.

3.When I typed a statement in the query editor without connecting any db, all of image icon menus are disabled however when I enter "F5" key to execute, it should display "Please run your query after starting your database to connect to"
