chaning default values of CM and CQB to be more convenient

Description

Related connection to cm server and DB for each:
save the password option is disabled by default. However who will want to enter the password every connection?
It would be good to have "save passowrd" option to be enabled be default.

Related default JDBC driver's version:
It is 8.2.2 version by default however the latest version is 8.4.0.
The default JDBC version should be the latest one otherwise always detecting automatically so that users don't be confused of JDBC 2.2 version was configured by default. JDBC driver version can blinks or colored so that users can easily recognize which version of JDBC is nw using.

The rest of other default values should be changed "less click, more convenient, easier" for users.
Be sure that users will never know that such an option is supported. The initial option values should be perfect.

보안문제를 고려하면 save password 선택하지 않은 상태를 디폴트로 하는것이 좋을 듯 합니다.

1. 초기 서버 추가시에는 save password가 체크된 상태로 제공되고 있습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 매 접속시마다 save password를 체크된 상태로 둔다고 한다면 save password 기능을 사용하고 싶지 않은 유저들은 접속시마다 해제를 해주어 로그인을 해야합니다. 현재처럼 최초 호스트 등록시에만 기본값을 checked로 하고 그 이후에는 로그인시 체크를 하지 않으면 계속 unchecked 형태로 가는 것이 좋을 듯 합니다.

2. JDBC 드라이버 기본값은 최근 버전(목록 최하단)으로 자동 선택되도록 하였습니다.

3. 유저가 손이 덜 가도록 배려하는 부분에 대해서는 전반적으로 살펴보면서 확인하도록 하겠습니다.
