Display status hints ONLY on mouseover

Description

This is REALLY so annoying. Every time I click on the host/database/database children nodes, the popup hint is displayed and I cannot click on any node underneath, and I cannot close this hint either.

Please fix this by displaying this hint ONLY on mouseover. When mouse is not over the element, then remove the hint.

Moreover, why should I see this hint on databases? It displays that the database is running or stopped. I don't need this hint because I CAN SEE that the database icon is green (started) or grey (not started).

This hint is useful only to see host information.

I am also removed tooltip on database node. It may be restored, if we arrange some informations for users.
