When creating a table with column in CM's UI menu, it displays column types with a random order

Description

When defining the column in the UI menu, the user should choose its type, however it is diaplaying the types in a random order. The default is "user type" and the 2nd type is SMALLINT, and so on.

We can have an Alphabet order otherwise something logical and convenient to enter its type.

대부분 데이터 타입 종류는 알고 있기 때문에 유형으로 구분하기 보다는 데이터 타입명을 alphabet 정렬하도록 하였습니다.
