[CubridManager]No check for edit param name when create function.

Description

[Repro steps]
1) Create a function under Stored procedure
2) add a parameter with name have a " ", error shows. please check in attachment.
3) delete " ", and save a param with name is "nhn"
4) edit that param with "nhn "
5) save successfully. no check error

[expect result]
Create and edit should have the same check.
