[CM8.4.1.1208]When change JDBC charset, then do export, the JDBC charset in export data UI isn't right.

Description

1 Change database jdbc options, add charset=EUC_KR
2 Do export

Actual result:
The JDBC charset is UTF-8 too

Additional:
The JDBC charset get from the properties of databases. So we have a bug in jdbc charset. They need same.

Next version input charset option at the jdbc options will be forbidden
