When loaddb shcema and objects, CM hangs for more than 10 minutes ad "cancel" button doesn;t work at all.

Description

When CM loads some data from the unloaded file, CM sometimes hangs and cub_admin process is still running.

However when I click the "cancel" button to stop loaddb processing, CM cannot kill or stop cub_admin process properly.

-> When a user clicks "cancel" in the middle of loadding process, it should rapidly stop the current process so that a user can try other actions thru CM. Since CM cannot stop the process immediately, it repeatedly displays "the previous process is already using ~~" message.

when I manully kill cm_admin, it works back.

The bug exist.

1, I cancel loaddb in CM.
2 I loaddb again, it display "Cannot execute the current operation because the previous operation is already running"
