Implement of the batch sql job button

If an user want to run some sql each month, it support only Query Automation fuction on CM.
But, it supports only periodically executing job.
Some user want to run some sql when users want.

It should be implemented the bach sql job button on the tool bar of the query editor.
If you click this button, it shows the dialog of batch sql job list.
It is consists of the registered date, the sql file name, the memo, and check box.
If you want to add new sql file, you can click "Add SQL file" button, then you can add it.
If you want to delete a sql file, first you check some checkboxes and delete button on the bottom of dialog.
If you want to execute some sql files, you check some checkboxes you want, and click run button, then it will be executed and show result as Run SQL file function.
If you want to modify memo, you modify some memo and click ok button on the bottom of the dialog.
