CM/CQB's conf file and log information file should be separately stored in a certain folder so that easily user can save it

Description

User configuring information such as CM/CQB's conf file, user preference file, host/DB log information file should be located separately in a certain folder.
Usually NHN developers connect to more than 20 hosts and NHN DBAs connect to more than 60 hosts.
1 service has more than 10 developers who should connect to DBs and it is inconvenient for each developer to set up the same login information on his local client tool. DBA can distribute the conf file and login information file to the related developers. What only developers should do is to load the file to their client tool.

In the file text, password should be encoded at least.

When manually/automatically upgrade the tool's version, the folder having user configuraton files should not be removed.
When removing the current version, the installer should ask to confirm to save the folder or remove all.

This is very important.

Solution:
Add the workspace support, can use the multi workspaces at the same time.
This workspace store the all configuration information and log information.
DBA can distribute the workspace to the related developer.

when start CUBRID Manager or CUBRID Query, the user can select the different workspace.
After start, alse can switch the workspace.

Fix it in CUBRID Manager 8.4.0.2006 and CUBRID Query Browser 1.2.1.0006

Solution and Test scope:
1.When start CUBRID Manager or CUBRID Query Browser, will popup the dialog to select or create workspace. The user can use the lower version workspace.
2.Add [Switch Workspace] menu in file menu, the user can switch the recent used workspace or switch a new workspace.
3.When uninstall the application, the user can preserve the workspace to use it in next time.

In CUBRID Query Browser, when we changed the global preferece in version1.1.0, then copy the workspace to version 1.2.1.0012. the global preference hasn't change to the global preferece in version1.1.0.
