Description

target monitor port should be configrable.

To implement this.. target monitor should contact controller to inform currently used port.

3.0 version have a field to configure port but ngrinder controller doesn't support it yet.

Based on our last discussion, in version 3.0, target monitor port should not be modified, because in controller side, we have no place for this setting.
In later version, we can modify the page and some logic about "add target host", to let user import target monitor port too.

Just fix this by adding the ngrinder.monitor.port in the controller so that controller tries to connect controller using the given port.
I know it's better to make the port configurable per monitor. But it's complex.

Just make the whole monitor port is configurable It's minimum impl.
