      Description

When a user run the groovy script in the eclipse, it always return -1 for calling grinder.runCount even if we put the @Repetition(100) on the TestRunner.

So it's hard to write multiple test with different weight. a user should rely on the random value.

Make it start from 0 to count assigned in Repetition annotation value.
