Cannot stop Test when status is "Abnormally testing"

Description

[Steps]
1. Go to Performance Test tab
2. Try to stop a test with the "Abnormally testing" status.

[Information]
After a test gets the status of "Abnormally testing", the user cannot continue testing.
The only way to fix that is to restart the Tomcat service.
