Test Build:CUBRID 2008 R4.0 (8.4.0.2019) (64bit release build for linux_gnu)
OS: Linux 64
Description: Data will be inserted into local machine when ip is "00.00.00.00"

Repro Steps:

perl simple_connect_test.pl pl_db 33000 00.00.00.00

Actual Result:

Data were succefully inserted into pl_db.
