PHPinfo() displays DB engine, CCI(libcas) and PHP driver's version info

Description

When phpinfo() is called, it would be good to see not only DB engine version but also our cci library's version and PHP driver's version.

A new user never knows why CUBRID php driver dynamically linked with libcas.so.
A new user never knows how often they have to upgrade engine to a new version.
A user in XE team has suggested this idea, when he upgrade several times DB engine(we releases new versions and patches a lot), he forget to check version info of cci and php drvier.

We have solved this issue on PHP-8.4.1 and PHP-Apricot.
