Description

Ruby driver (https://github.com/CUBRID/cubrid-ruby) has not been updated since CUBRID version 8.3.0. The old version lacks many Ruby API functions required for DB connectors.

Please update the driver by covering all the functions and testing against all CUBRID version and major Ruby versions (1.8.x, 1.9.x). After the driver is updated, it has to be pushed to Rubygems.org (https://rubygems.org/gems/cubrid).
